1. Free Standard Shipping: We’ve got you covered — no extra shipping charges on standard deliveries!
3. Order Processing: Orders placed between Monday to Saturday are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays ship the next working day.
4. Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 5–14 working days after dispatch. Sometimes, delays can happen due to reasons like bad weather or courier strikes — but we’ll always keep you posted.
5. Track Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp so you can follow its journey.
6. Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD.
7. COD Details: Available for orders up to ₹4,000. A small shipping fee of ₹100 will be added at checkout.
8. Payment Security: All payments are processed through safe, encrypted gateways — your details are always secure with us.
9. Failed Payments: If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, just reach out to our Customer Support team — we’ll sort it out for you!
10. Undelivered Orders: Prepaid Orders: Our delivery partner will make one delivery attempt. If it doesn’t go through, a second attempt will be made. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be sent back to us, and you’ll receive a coupon refund (minus shipping charges). COD Orders: Same process here — two delivery attempts will be made. If both fail, the parcel returns to our warehouse, and since no payment was collected, no refund will be processed.
11. COD Reconfirmation: We’ll reconfirm your COD order via WhatsApp and email. If we don’t hear back within 30 minutes, our team will give you a quick call.
12. Product Images: We do our best to show you accurate product pictures — but keep in mind, the actual product may look slightly different in color or texture due to lighting, angles, and photo edits.
REFUND — Simple & Transparent!
1. Shipping Deductions: Refunds will be processed after deducting reverse shipping charges, except when it’s our mistake — like if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. In that case, we’ll happily cover the shipping for you.
2. Refund Mode for Prepaid Orders: If you paid online, your refund can be processed: → Back to your original payment method, or → As coupon codes — whichever you’d prefer!
3.Refund Mode for COD Orders: If you paid by Cash on Delivery, your refund options are: → Coupon codes, or → Bank transfer to an account of your choice. (We’ll reach out for your details when needed!)
4. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please note — shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
5. Refund Timeline: We’ll initiate your refund once your returned product passes our Quality Check. This usually takes around 5–7 working days after we receive your parcel and approve it.
